Privacy policy

Quick SSH · AndroidLast updated 2026-08-15

Quick SSH is developed by moxibit. This policy explains what happens to your data, including your saved connections and credentials.

01

Your saved connections and credentials

Hostnames, usernames, passwords, and any keys you save in Quick SSH are stored locally on your device, encrypted using a key derived from your device passcode or biometric lock (Face ID/Touch ID or your Android equivalent). We don't operate any servers, don't host a database, and never see or receive this data — it never leaves your device.

There is no cloud sync or backup of saved connections. If you uninstall the app or lose your device without a separate backup, this data is not recoverable through us.

02

Advertising

Quick SSH uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect:

• Your device's advertising ID • IP address • App usage data (such as launches and taps)

This data is used by Google for ad delivery, personalization, analytics, and fraud prevention, under Google's own privacy policy, not ours. You can disable personalized ads in your device's ad settings, and non-personalized ads may still appear.

03

What we collect directly

Nothing beyond what's described above. Quick SSH doesn't have its own account system, doesn't run its own analytics, and doesn't collect your email unless you contact us directly.

04

Children's privacy

Quick SSH is a developer utility not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

05

Your choices

• Ads: limit ad tracking through your device's OS-level privacy settings • Credentials: deleting a saved connection in-app removes it from local

storage; there's no copy elsewhere to also delete

06

Changes to this policy

If Quick SSH's data practices change — for example, if cloud sync is ever added — this policy will be updated first, and the date above will change with it.
